Jake Trindall's martial arts journey commenced in 2008, where he immersed himself in Freestyle Martial Arts. Over the years, Jake's passion led him to explore a variety of martial arts disciplines, learning from esteemed instructors. It was in early 2014 that Jake discovered his true calling when he began his journey in Brazilian Jiu Jitsu (BJJ).

Under the guidance of his coach, Professor Paul Chapman, Jake's commitment to BJJ flourished. Shortly after starting his training, he was given the opportunity to assist in classes, solidifying his dedication to the art. With years of experience in training, coaching, and competing in both BJJ and MMA, Jake achieved the pinnacle of recognition when he was awarded his Black Belt in December 2020.

Now, Jake Trindall is unwaveringly dedicated to sharing his profound love for BJJ and Submission Grappling with students at CGCO. With 17 years of martial arts experience and a BJJ Black Belt Jake brings a wealth of experience and knowledge to his teaching, ensuring that his students receive top-notch instruction in the art of Brazilian Jiu Jitsu.
